Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer and can also be found in the “My Account” section of our website.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time:

  • Orders Over $200 USD: Shipped via express shipping service at no additional cost. Delivery time is typically between 10 to 15 business days.
  • Orders Under $200 USD: Shipped via economy shipping. Delivery time is usually between 15 to 25 business days.
  • We offer worldwide shipping, except to countries under international sanctions or considered high-risk jurisdictions by our payment processors, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. This is in compliance with the laws and regulations of the countries where we operate.

Order Cancellation:

Customs and Import Duties:

  • All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Afghan Gemstone Source Ltd is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Verification:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. Afghan Gemstone Source Ltd is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return Policy

Return Period:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition, undamaged, and unused.
  • Items must be returned using a trackable shipping service.
